Operators page has a new "All operators" table: EVSE/AC/DC counts, day-over-day change and average tariff for every operator seen that day (not just the top 15), sortable and searchable, with a "Possible alias" column that flags operator names that closely resemble another one - a hint for future clean-up, nothing is merged automatically.

Countries table's last column is now "Fetch status" - a single hover-able icon (success, failed, partially connected, or not connected) instead of a repeated date, since the snapshot date is already chosen at the top of the page.

Countries table now shows every EU-27 country, including ones without a fetcher yet (shown as "not connected"). Norway and Switzerland are tracked as non-EU bonus countries, outside the official EU AFIR scope, and tagged as such.

First release: daily EU EV charging snapshots from 21 connected National Access Points. Country-level overview (EVSE/AC/DC counts, operators, average tariff, day-over-day change) plus dedicated Infrastructure, Operators, Vehicle & fuel context, and Known gaps pages - with automated explanations whenever a country's EVSE count moves ≥5% vs its previous snapshot.
